Hi! I'm Eduardo Navas, and I fell in love with puppets when I was about eight years old and saw a lovely puppet show for the first time. As a child, I was very impressed to see that a puppet could come to life, taking me to a magical world.
I remember that afternoon I came back home and built my own handmade puppet, and right after, I was performing for my family. Then, I used my backyard with chairs as a stage. So, I created an improvised theatre to perform for friends. Since then, I have not stopped playing and having fun, and most important, bring joy to others with the art of puppetry.

In 1995 I created Scaramouches Puppet Theatre in my hometown Valencia -Venezuela. Over the years, I've been influenced by amazing puppeteers, like Jaime Manzur, Javier Villafañe, Eduardo Dimauro, Jim Henson, and Sergei Obraztsov. But I must say the children teach me more in every show I do with their spontaneity and response. In 2000 Scaramouches came to NY to do bilingual performances (English and Spanish) to bring joy to the whole family through the magic of the theatre and the Spanish language.
So, if you like puppets, call us and lets the fun begins.
